Less than 48 hours' notice: charged half the price of service.
Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show: charged the full service price.
A late cancellation is hard to fill and affects the whole route that day, so please give us as much notice as you can.
Aftermarket Mods
Extra work for coats (and pups) that need a little more attention under the hood.
De-Shed
For coats kept on a regular 4 to 8 week schedule.
Compacted Coat
For heavy undercoat buildup and packed shedding coat, usually dogs who only get an occasional de-shed. Conditioner, shampoo, conditioner, each worked through the coat, blown out and rinsed to loosen the undercoat, then brushed section by section. Adds 30 minutes to over an hour.

Before-Groom Walk
We'll take your pup around the neighborhood to burn off energy and go potty before the appointment starts.
- At least one week's notice, and the sooner the better.
- Walks can't be added on the day of the appointment.
- Your dog needs to be comfortable and manageable on a leash.
- Only where the neighborhood or surrounding area is safe to walk.
- Skipped when temperatures are too high or too low.
Flea baths are not a regularly offered service. If you know your pup has fleas, they need to be treated before the appointment.
Fleas found at check-in: the appointment may be cancelled and rescheduled, and cancellation fees may apply.
Fleas found during the bath: we'll assess whether we can safely continue. Flea treatment fees apply, plus a sanitation fee for the deep clean the bus needs afterwards.
Fleas put every other pup on that day's route at risk, so remaining appointments may have to be adjusted.
